Andrew Wood  has a distinguished career in the resources and energy industry spanning nearly 40 years, with a tenure of more than 25 years with the Worley Group. He was the Chief Executive of Worley (2012-2020) and executive director until his retirement in June 2020, following roles including Group Managing Director of Finance, responsible for Group wide direction and support to the business functions of Finance, Information Management, Internal Procurement and Communications, Legal and Risk, Managing Director for the Australia/New Zealand region and Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.   

He holds a degree in Engineering (Honours) from the University of Adelaide, post graduate diplomas in Labour Management Relations and Financial Management from Monash University and the University of New England respectively.
