Ray Maher is a researcher with the UQ Centre for Policy Futures, where he leads research, consulting and capacity-building projects with government and industry. He has extensive experience in developing and applying innovative approaches from systems, design and futures thinking to support policy development and decision-making on a wide range of areas. Ray recently led the development of Queensland Government’s Energy, Mining and Manufacturing Sector Adaptation Plan, part of the Queensland Climate Adaptation Strategy (Q‐CAS).
