Madison Becker is an EcoRRAP research assistant with a strong background in marine ecology. Originally from Austin, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on seagrass and saltmarsh ecosystems. She went on to complete her Master of Science at James Cook University in 2023, conducting research on coral demography through 3D photogrammetry under the guidance of Dr. Renata Ferrari at the Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS). Her work reflects a deep interest in coral reef ecology and the use of remote sensing tools to monitor and conserve marine habitats.
